1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 06kbd at 06kbd.org (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 06kbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the Platform.

06kbd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 06kbd Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account or using any 06kbd service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at all times.

You must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is strictly for adults; the 06kbd platform enforces a minimum age of 21 without exception.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 06kbd Platform or any associated service for any reason, including responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any relevant authority and are not aware of any circumstances that would make your use of the Platform problematic.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by 06kbd, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number and a password chosen by you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Registration Rules

• Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep this information updated throughout the life of your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 06kbd support immediately at [email protected].
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. 06kbd will never ask for your full password by email, phone, or any other channel.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

06kbd may, at its discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals, granting access to promotional offers, or at any other point deemed appropriate by the platform. KYC verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

06kbd supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 06kbd does not charge fees on deposits made via mobile wallet services. Standard processing times and minimum transaction amounts apply as set out below.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit, but 06kbd reserves the right to apply limits in connection with promotional offers or at the platform's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 06kbd wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad typically settle within 30 seconds.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be subject to refund and account investigation.
• 06kbd does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed in the platform's current deposit section.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 06kbd team within the timeframes displayed in the platform's withdrawal section. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically the fastest option.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 06kbd account. 06kbd will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name or to third-party accounts.
• 06kbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification documents have not been provided or if the account is under review for any reason.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the applicable promotional terms before they may be withdrawn as cash.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

06kbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms are set out below; specific promotion terms will be published separately.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount and must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may claim a welcome bonus once per account, once per household, and once per device. Repeat claims using multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• 06kbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not been activated or are pending completion of wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal of the offer may be voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other benefit outside of the bonus terms.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those linked to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid — are subject to their own promotional terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is launched.

06kbd does not guarantee the availability of any bonus or promotion at any specific time. The platform's promotional calendar is subject to change without notice, and 06kbd accepts no liability for losses attributed to the unavailability of an expected promotional offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 06kbd platform is subject to the rules set out in this section, together with the specific game or sport rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail in respect of the matter to which they apply.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 06kbd will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of clear system error or where cancellation is required by these Terms.
• Bets may only be placed using funds available in your 06kbd wallet balance. Credit betting or betting against a negative balance is not permitted under any circumstances.
• 06kbd reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event that has already concluded, where the outcome was known to the player at the time the bet was placed, or where the bet was placed using a technical error in the odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and will be displayed within the relevant betting section of the platform. These limits may vary by market, sport, and event and may be adjusted by 06kbd without prior notice.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on 06kbd — including live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, and crash games including Aviator — use certified RNG technology or live dealer formats operated by the respective game providers. Game results are determined independently of 06kbd. In the event of a dispute regarding a casino game outcome, the records maintained by the relevant game provider will be treated as the authoritative source. 06kbd is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within a third-party game provider's systems.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 06kbd platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using any form of software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the platform software or in a game to obtain an advantage or funds to which you are not entitled.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 06kbd support or systems.

06kbd employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring on all accounts and transactions. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and where evidence of prohibited conduct is found, 06kbd will take all appropriate action including account closure and balance forfeiture without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

06kbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and recognise that for some individuals it can become problematic. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 06kbd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 06kbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 06kbd intellectual property without the prior written consent of 06kbd.

Game content provided through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. 06kbd does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 06kbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 06kbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

06kbd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 06kbd will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside of 06kbd's reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

06kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. You may also close your account at any time by contacting 06kbd support at [email protected].

Grounds for suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from 06kbd.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, after which 06kbd may close the account and handle any remaining balance in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

06kbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All payment transactions on 06kbd are processed through the payment providers' own secure systems. 06kbd does not store full payment credentials such as bKash PIN numbers, Nagad account passwords, or card verification values (CVV). All connections to the 06kbd platform are SSL-encrypted.

13. Amendments to These Terms

06kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, 06kbd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or platform notification, but this is not guaranteed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
